As part of the legal agreements, most MNOs will expect to see some form of maintenance contract in place between NET and the customer. We can tailor a maintenance agreement to suit our clients’ needs and budget, from simple “on call” engineer attendance, to fully managed 24/7 helpline and annual inspections.
